Return and Refund Policy – The Arbory Dry Gin

Scope of Application

This Return Policy applies to purchases made through the website thearborygin.com.

Right of Withdrawal


The Customer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product by notifying us via email at thehanburygin@pec.it.
The product must be intact, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Procedure


The Customer must return the product at their own expense to the Seller’s registered office.
 The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product in acceptable condition, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions


Returns will not be accepted for bottles that have been opened, damaged, or have a broken seal.
