Terms and Conditions of Sale – The Arbory Dry Gin


Introduction


These General Conditions govern the online sale of products marketed by THE HANBURY GIN S.N.C., owned by Marco Bertucci and Andrea Filippi, with registered office in Via Belgrano 4, 18100 Imperia (IM), P.IVA 01754810081, REA IM-230408. The registered trademark is "The Arbory Dry Gin".

Sales are permitted only to individuals of legal drinking age.

 

Art. 1 – Purpose


This document governs the sale of products under the "The Arbory Dry Gin" brand through the official website thearborygin.com.
 By placing an order, the Customer fully accepts these terms and conditions of sale.

Art. 2 – Prices and Payments


All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.
 Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods indicated on the website. 
Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the final price shown.

Art. 3 – Shipping and Delivery
 

Products are shipped via courier to the address provided by the Customer.
 Shipping costs and delivery times are shown before the order is confirmed. 
Any delays caused by the courier are not the responsibility of the Seller.

Art. 4 – Right of Withdrawal


Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is intact and unopened.
 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
 The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product in acceptable condition.

Art. 5 – Limitation of Liability


The Seller is not liable for indirect damages or for misuse of the product.
 The Customer agrees to consume alcoholic products responsibly.

Art. 6 – Jurisdiction


Any dispute arising from the sales contract shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Imperia, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Drink responsibly – Sale prohibited to persons under 18 years of age.
